Coated in durable nonstick for easy cleanup and food release. Cast aluminum provides even heat from both burners. One side is flat and one ribbed for frying or grilling. Designed to cover two burners, this griddle measures 20 by 10-3/4 inches. Not recommended for use on glass or ceramic stovetops. Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware
